EControls maintains control of assembly methods, testing methods, and product assembly at its San Antonio location. The Production Department designs and implements product-specific process control procedures for assembly. The staff is trained to these processes while internal surveillance is conducted on the production line. Prior to assembly, parts are inspected for defects and damage. Bar codes with unique identification are applied to ensure that production stages are electronically tracked and traceable. During assembly, materials are applied, and products are programmed and tested. All instruments and equipment used in the assembly process are identified, monitored, and calibrated.
