| Testing EControls develops product specific and unique End of Line (EOL) testers to validate product functionality and ensure product quality. These testers simulate engine functionality by providing throttle actuation, fuel injection, command signals, and spark timing as if the product was actually running an engine. EOL testers ensure that every unit is programmed, calibrated, and functional when installed on an engine. Sealed type products also endure a "water-intrusion" tester that ensures units are completely protected from water leakage during extreme underhood/enviromental conditions. |
