EControls requires its Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to maintain specified reserve inventory levels in addition to their normal operating inventory. CMs report their inventory levels and delivery schedules on a monthly basis.

EControls maintains the control of the discrete components (IC's and Passive's) utilized in the manufacturing of its products.

EControls negotiates pricing with its suppliers by combining component volumes (when possible) and utilizing "just in time" delivery schedules.

Inventory availability is assured by establishing inventory bonds with its suppliers for specified components.

The quality of the finished products from EControls is maintained by the purchasing of "engineering" approved components from its suppliers.

Inventory is received from the suppliers, inspected, labeled and shipped directly by EControls to its CMs ensuring inventory accuracy and quality.

Products received from the CMs is inspected and prepared for the EControls assembly process.
