| Assembly EControls maintains control of assembly methods, testing methods, and product assembly at the San Antonio location. The Production Department designs and implements "product specific" process control procedures for assembly. The staff is trained to these processes while internal surveillances are conducted on the production line. Prior to assembly, parts are inspected for defects and damage. Barcodes with unique identification are applied and utilized to ensure that production stages are electronically tracked and traceable. During assembly, materials (conformal coating, thermal grease, adhesive two-part encapsulant potting) are applied, and products are programmed and tested. All instruments and equipment used in the assembly process are identified, monitored, and calibrated. |
