Testing PVDV (Product Validation / Design Validation) testing is performed on all products. EControls closely follows the procedures and process controls required of ISO certified manufacturers. This includes PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submission for new or revised product designs. PVDV testing is the process that qualifies these products to the new design requirements. PVDV testing can include new FMEA’s, on-engine validation, full application validation, and environmental validation. |
