CNC Capabilities

  		•  4 axis CNC vertical machining center with a working envelope of 16"d x 30"w x28"h. -  Accuracy to within .0004", repeatability within .0002"
  		•  Currently being used in the production of prototype parts, and final machining in "cast" production parts.
  		• To machine "cast" parts we've incorporated the use of an infrared probe that can be programed to locate specific key features in the part so as to accurately initiate the machining program.
  		• We've aquired a wide array of CNC tooling to enable us to machine a variety of extremely difficult profiles.
  		• We are currently using a 3D CAD CAM software package which enables us to import models or create the drawing on site.
