We provide total system design and integration under one roof, a capability that definitely distinguishes us from our competitors. Engine performance development addresses fuel, spark, and boost optimization; turbocharger matching; camshaft profile optimization; air/fuel distribution optimization, … to achieve goals for power, efficiency, and emissions. As part of this service we routinely provide wire harness design, bracket design, adaptor design, and complete system integration and calibration. Our extensive expertise in application and calibration covers nearly all engine types and fuels, including gasoline, natural gas, LPG, hydrogen, and diesel. This experience also covers most types of engine fuel systems, including carburetion, throttle-body injection, and multi-point injection; stoichiometric and lean-burn; naturally-aspirated and boosted; spark-ignited and compression-ignited; and four-stroke, two-stroke, and rotary cycle engines. We accept few compromises in the delicate balance between engine performance, driveability, and emissions. |
